Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Hands‐on construction and fabrication experience, particularly utilizing industrial abrasives Proven capability and experience in leading strategic programs, including serving as AE Lead for high‐impact NPI initiatives, supporting innovation and the expansion of new and existing technologies, products, and businesses.
