We are looking for a Total Reward Junior Manager to join KIKO MILANO’s Global HR Team.
The role contributes to the design, implementation, and management of global HR and reward initiatives to support the overall employee experience and organizational goals.

Partner with the global HR community to develop and maintain internal wage benchmarks, contributing to the continuous evolution of the Global Total Reward Strategy and ensuring alignment of reward practices with company values and business objectives.
Design, implement, and maintain compensation and benefits programs, including base salary, variable pay, equity, and employee benefits (health, retirement, wellness, recognition). Support the execution of global Performance Management and Salary Review processes, participating in annual compensation reviews and bonus administration in line with global and local policies.
Develop and maintain Global HR KPI dashboards to monitor performance and provide actionable insights. Prepare reports and analyses to support data-driven decisions and identify reward trends and opportunities.
Support the coordination and administration of global mobility programs, ensuring compliance with local legal and tax requirements and consistency with company policies.
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Payroll to ensure reward programs comply with local regulations and company standards.
Maintain and optimize HRIS systems to ensure accurate management of compensation and benefits data.


Workday knowledge is highly desirable
Fluent English knowledge (written and verbal)
Strong Project Management knowledge
Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, creative
Emotional Intelligence
