Choose to do it right : The Key Account Manager Amazon is responsible for driving the commercial performance, profitability, and growth of the Amazon 1 P (Vendor Central) business. The role manages the end-to-end Amazon relationship, including commercial negotiations, joint business planning, media investments, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales, margin, and brand objectives.
Experience as a Key Account on the brand side or Amazon side, including equivalent roles such as Amazon Vendor Manager or Brand Specialist, within the Amazon 1 P (Vendor Central) business model.
Strong commercial negotiation skills, including deal negotiation for key promotional events (e.g., Active participation in Joint Business Planning (JBP) and Amazon AVN (Annual Vendor Negotiation).
Experience managing media agencies for Amazon media investments.
Formulate the annual Amazon business plan, implement agreed strategies, and monitor sales performance and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
Manage the Amazon account on a day-to-day basis, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure all budgeted targets and performance metrics are met or exceeded.
Plan and invest Amazon media budgets (Amazon Search Paid and DSP) to maximize key KPIs, including ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend), CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value), and NTB% (New-to-Brand customer acquisition).
Develop and execute strategic initiatives such as promotions, Direct Import Programs, and other commercial levers, translating them into clear action plans.
Manage all account financials with full accountability, including SOA, promotional funding, margins, co-op rebates, and trade terms.
Leverage data, information systems, and metrics related to financial performance, brand health, and shopper behavior to maximize market share, sales, and profitability.
Collaborate closely with Sales and e Commerce team members on other e Tailer accounts as required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
