We are a leading professional services company with 20+ years of expertise in digital strategies, technology consulting, and software development.
Our track record includes delivering complex solutions for major worldwide organizations, particularly in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

We're looking for an exceptional Chief Technology Officer to lead our technical vision and drive innovation across our digital health platform.

As our CTO, you will be responsible for:

Making critical decisions on technology stack, infrastructure, and scalability
Balancing hands-on coding with strategic leadership

12+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in technical leadership or architecture roles
~ Deep expertise in full-stack development (frontend and backend technologies)
~ Strong foundation in core technologies:
Backend : Node.js, Java, or similar enterprise frameworks (NestJS, SpringBoot)
Frontend : React, Angular, or equivalent modern frameworks
Databases : SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
DevOps & Infrastructure : Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms
Version Control : Git and modern development workflows

Fluent English (written and spoken);
Italian is a plus

Experience with AI/ML integration and large language models (LLMs)
Data science capabilities (Python, pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools (ELK stack, etc.)
Agile/Scrum methodology and project management tools
Open source contributions or technical thought leadership
