Overview In this role you will drive the Group HSE Strategy across regions and sites, strengthening governance, standards, and safety performance. You will partner with Global HSE and region teams to deploy a compliant management system, analyze safety data, and lead cross-functional safety programs. Your work shapes a proactive safety culture, supports ESG reporting, and introduces innovative risk-reduction solutions. This is a chance to influence safety at scale in a multinational manufacturing context.

Develop, review, and improve Global HSE Policies, Standards, Procedures, and Instructions to align with ISO 45001 and legislation
Support the rollout of the Group HSE Management System across Regions, Countries, and Sites
Coordinate global safety data collection, KPI analysis, and executive reporting on HSE performance
Plan and participate in Corporate HSE audits, self-assessments, and compliance reviews; Oversee incident management, root cause analyses, lessons learned, and safety alerts
Lead global safety improvement projects including behavioral safety initiatives and technology-based risk reduction
Design and deliver global training programs and promote proactive safety culture across the organization
Act as interface between Corporate HSE and regional/functional stakeholders to coordinate initiatives
8–10 years of experience in Health & Safety management in industrial or manufacturing environments
~ Experience coordinating cross-functional and multicultural teams
~ Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and ISO 45001
~ Auditing, compliance management, risk assessment, and incident investigation experience
~ Knowledge of industrial risks, machinery safety, and high-risk activities
~ Experience developing corporate procedures, policies, standards, and governance documents
~ Strong analytical skills and KPI management experience
~ Familiarity with digital HSE platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's degree in related discipline
~ Fluent in English; other languages advantageous
~ Project management and organizational skills
~ ISO 45001 knowledge and governance frameworks
~ HSE governance, policy development, and standards management
~ Auditing, investigations, and corrective action planning
