Responsibilities Develop partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands. Focus on category selections to increase overall value, aligned with business and customer needs. Assist merchandise partners in establishing themselves on the platform and support their growth. Guide partners in developing comprehensive plans including market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategies. Propose innovative ideas based on current category statuses, and create and implement projects through resource integration and merchant guidance. Conduct industry analysis reports, explore potential customer needs through data analysis, and adjust strategies based on market trends. Required Skills / Minimum Qualifications 5 years of operational experience, including brand management or platform operations. Extensive connections with local seller and vendor networks is a plus. Strong data analysis skills to analyze industry trends and project management data, and to summarize conclusions. Market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities, capable of guiding overall merchant marketing plans. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
