RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for convergence on Quality, Costs, Timing, Performance, integration and budget for his specific technical perimeter and program, in collaboration with internal and external partners, according to the project's targets. Functionally manage the technical team for his specific perimeter and eventually external teams to reach the above-mentioned targets. Guarantee project deliverables and report on them to the management. Represent his technical dept. in front of production plants, Project Platform, Quality dept., Supplier Quality dept. MAIN ACTIVITIES Lead project development from contract milestone till Start Of Production for his specific tech. perimeter, ensuring to keep timing / cost / engineering targets fulfilled. Lead his own responsibility programs during execution phase and after Start Of Production. Manage technical team in relation with his technical perimeter and specific project, including external tech team contributing to target achievement. Ensure reporting to upper management (both hierarchical management and platform management). Ensure technical coherence and lesson learned implementation within his tech perimeter, specifically keeping engaged the global tech team (Discipline Manager team, Global DRs, Global Engineer Leads). Balance quality / cost / timing / performance on his tech perimeter with Global Tech Team and platform management Contribute to quality issue resolution on his specific tech perimeter and project, ensuring tech support and proper engagement of all relevant contributors. Strongly contribute on Value Optimization opportunity for his specific tech perimeter and project. Support Purchasing (platform or / and commodity) during commercial balance with suppliers when needed. Preferred qualifications Minimum experience in automotive field (engine systems preferred) Ability to manage functionally multicultural and multinational team. Attitude for teamwork, supporting proactively colleagues when needed. Proactivity, synthesis and initiative. Effective in verbal and written communication. Fluent English (B2) required to interact in a global work environment. Additional languages will be considered a plus.
