Ricerchiamo un/una Senior Controller da inserire nell'ufficio Pianificazione Business Assicurativo. La figura sarà coinvolta nelle attività di pianificazione, controllo dei risultati, analisi delle performance e dei KPI relativi al business assicurativo Vita, contribuendo allo sviluppo dei processi di gestione e reporting a supporto del top management.
Analisi degli scostamenti e predisposizione della reportistica gestionale e direzionale;
Collaborazione con le funzioni Amministrazione e Bilancio, Attuariato, Finanza e Risk Management, per la coerenza e qualità delle informazioni economiche e patrimoniali, con.Contributo all'evoluzione dei modelli di controllo di gestione e dei processi di pianificazione in ambito IFRS 17;
Laurea in Economia o discipline affini;
5/7 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi presso compagnie assicurative Vita all'interno di funzioni di Pianificazione e Controllo di Gestione, Attավել, o Amministrazione e Bilancio o società di revisione / consulenza;
Buona padronanza di strumenti di analisi e reporting (Excel avanzato, Power BI);
