We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Category Merchandiser, Sneakers to join our Footwear team. This role will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the sneakers category assortment to drive growth, profitability, and brand positioning across all relevant channels. WHAT YOU'LL DO Define and execute the sneakers category Merchandising and Collection strategy in line with brand vision and seasonal objectives. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Develop seasonal assortment plans (style, color, price, distribution) to maximize sales and margins. Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Production, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the sneakers category aligns with commercial and creative priorities. Prepare reports and present key findings and recommendations to senior management. Support go-to-market activities, including product launches and drops, product training, and storytelling for the sneakers category. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing or related field. 4–5 years' experience in merchandising, buying or category management, ideally within sneakers, footwear or streetwear. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Strategic and commercial mindset. High proficiency in Excel and merchandising/planning tools. Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Proactive, agile and solutions-oriented attitude.
