Apply for the Sr. Brand Manager Raffo role at Birra Peroni . Responsibilities Develop and execute a long-term brand strategy and positioning framework that delivers sustainable share growth. Lead the 360° marketing plan: ATL, BTL, digital, social media, influencer partnerships, events, PR, and sponsorships. Drive new product development from ideation and concept testing to launch and post-launch evaluation. Monitor brand performance through KPIs (market share, brand health, ROI, engagement metrics) and recommend corrective actions. Partner with Trade Marketing to craft shopper programs and in-store experiences for On‐Trade and Off‐Trade. Manage the brand P&L: budget allocation, forecasting, and tracking to meet financial targets. Steer agency partners (creative, media, digital) and manage contracts to ensure on‐brief, on‐time, on‐budget delivery. Lead, mentor, and develop the Junior Brand Manager through goal setting, coaching, performance reviews, and career development. Qualifications Master's Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing or Communications; MBA in Marketing preferred. At least 6 years of marketing experience in FMCG companies, preferably in beverages. Strong analytical and numerical skills, comfortable with data analysis, forecasting, and business case development. Excellent interpersonal and relationship‐building skills to influence cross‐functional teams and external partners. Proven track record in brand strategy, portfolio architecture, and P&L management. Good people‐management skills and strong project‐management capabilities, with experience managing multiple strategic initiatives. Creative mindset with a flair for developing original, impactful campaigns. Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English. What we offer Permanent contract.
