Per la nostra sede di Oggiono (LC) ricerchiamo un / una : IT JUNIOR SPECIALIST Descrizione e caratteristiche della posizione, ruolo e responsabilità : L'IT Junior Specialist nella nostra azienda riporta alla Funzione organizzativa di Information Technology e fa parte del Dipartimento IT presso la sede di Oggiono. Lavora quotidianamente per fornire assistenza all'Organizzazione, così da migliorare la qualità del servizio erogato e rendere l'esperienza dei clienti interni (reparti e uffici) funzionale e sicura alle attività. Fornisce supporto tecnico agli utenti interni nella gestione degli asset IT aziendali e nella preparazione, configurazione, e risoluzione di problematiche, garantendo la massima efficienza delle infrastrutture tecnologiche in tempi rapidi. DETTAGLIO DEI PRINCIPALI COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA' preparare e installare gli asset IT (PC, stampanti, telefoni, ecc.) svolgere attività di riparazione, analisi e gestione delle attività di assistenza tecnica installare e configurare i sistemi operativi Windows Client gestire PC in dominio e fornire supporto sulle principali Directory supportare i servizi di rete base fornire soluzioni mirate a risolvere problematiche tecniche interne, garantendo un servizio rapido ed efficace gestire la rete locale e tutti i dispositivi connessi collaborare per la risoluzione delle problematiche nei reparti produttivi e negli uffici collaborare ai nuovi sviluppi di software collaborare allo sviluppo del sistema ERP e Industry 4.0 REQUISITI diploma perito informatico e / o laurea informatica buona conoscenza hardware e software conoscenza dei fondamenti di Microsoft capacità di problem solving\ conoscenza buona della lingua inglese scritta e parlata propensione al lavoro di gruppo e alla collaborazione con i colleghi Tipologia contrattuale : rapporto diretto in qualità di dipendente a tempo indeterminato. Pacchetto retributivo : verrà definito sulla base della seniority e della preparazione curriculare di ciascun candidato ed in relazione a quanto emergerà dai colloqui conoscitivi e dalle valutazioni aziendali.
