Overview As a commissioning lead for complex nuclear projects, you drive safe, compliant and efficient project execution. You will align services with project plans, coordinate with teams and customers, and deliver tailored engineering solutions. You'll apply nuclear safety culture, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity policies to ensure high-quality outcomes. Hybrid work options Wellbeing support for employees and families Welfare plan with personalized services Canteen or meal vouchers Lead service activities and align with Project and Site Managers Ensure compliance with safety, quality, contractual and cybersecurity requirements Coordinate services with project teams, contractors, and site stakeholders Develop and implement innovative processes and engineering solutions for project execution Manage senior customer relationships and tailor solutions to project needs Support project planning with work plans, cost estimates, and resource allocation Coach teams on safe, cybersecure commissioning practices Apply commissioning practices respecting nuclear sector requirements including safety culture, regulatory compliance, traceability, documentation control, and QA standards Diploma or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related technical field Proven experience in installation, commissioning, or project execution in industrial, energy, nuclear, and automation environments Strong knowledge of safety, quality, contractual, and cybersecurity requirements for commissioning Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (customers, contractors, cross-functional teams) Proactive problem-solver with analytical and risk management skills Previous exposure to nuclear projects, nuclear safety standards, regulated environments, or commissioning in nuclear facilities is a strong plus Proficiency in Italian and English stakeholder management safety and quality compliance contractual and cybersecurity requirements
