Investiamo su persone, crescita e formazione Siamo alla ricerca di un LEGAL SPECIALIST da inserire nell'Ufficio Legale , per la nostra sede di Frattamaggiore (Napoli) . La risorsa, in affiancamento al Responsabile dell’Ufficio Legale, si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Redazione e revisioni di atti di diritto amministrativo ex. D.Lgs 36/2023 Supporto alle funzioni aziendali in materia di contrattualistica pubblica e appalti Partecipazione alla gestione assicurativa in tema di commesse pubbliche (polizze CAR, sinistri ecc.) Supporto nelle attività di compliance aziendale integrata Requisiti: Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza Ottima conoscenza del Codice dei Contratti Pubblici Conoscenza degli elementi di diritto societario Esperienza pregressa di almeno due anni presso aziende o studi legali con focus sul diritto amministrativo Requisito preferenziale è essere in possesso dell’ abilitazione all’esercizio della professione forense. Sede: Frattamaggiore (NA). Si offre contratto con retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza del/la candidato/a.
