What will you do? Publisher Acquisition
Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential publishers to secure new partnership deals for MyChips Offerwall.
Account Management
Manage and grow existing publisher accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Strategy Development
Develop and implement strategies with our Marketing team to expand our publisher network and enhance our market presence.
What will you need? 2+ years of experience in Business Development, specifically in establishing and managing publisher partnerships within the offerwall rewarded industry.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a track record of successfully securing and managing publisher partnerships.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Ops teams.
Ability to create and analyze forecasts, and to craft win strategies that lead to successful campaigns.
Strong analytical skillset, including extensive hands-on experience in Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
Very fast learner (and addicted to learning), reliable person with an unstoppable can-do attitude.
We offer a permanent contract. Salary will depend on actual experience and skills.
