Contract Manager - Responsabile di Commessa

Il Gruppo Internazionale Rekeep, leader in Italia nel settore dell'Integrated Facility Management con 80 anni di esperienza, 28.000 dipendenti e oltre 1 miliardo di fatturato, ha l'opportunità di inserire un Contract Manager all'interno del Business Department. La risorsa scelta avrà il compito di gestire commesse attraverso il coordinamento di una struttura alle proprie dipendenze.

Assicurare, coordinare e gestire il flusso di fatturazione fino all'emissione delle fatture riferite ai servizi delle commesse gestite;
Assicurare il rispetto del budget delle commesse affidate, in termini di controllo dei costi e marginalità;
Assicurare il rispetto delle tempistiche delle chiusure contabili, mensili o trimestrali, dei forecast trimestrali e del budget annuale;
Assicurare lo sviluppo del portafoglio clienti affidati, intercettando esigenze espresse e proponendo soluzioni tecniche con il supporto dei servizi centrali;
Assicurare la soddisfazione dei clienti in portafoglio sviluppando e consolidando la relazione e attraverso il rispetto dei requisiti di qualità del servizio;
Assicurare le attività preliminari allo start-up con particolare riferimento all'analisi della documentazione contrattuale e tecnico economica e alla definizione dei processi operativi delle commesse in fase di start up;
Assicurare nei tempi richiesti, l'espletamento delle attività propedeutiche la gestione delle risorse alle proprie dipendenze, validazione mensile dei cartellini, programmazione e controllo ferie, ecc.

Laurea in Ingegneria e/o esperienza pluriennale (almeno 5 anni), con funzione analoga;
Capacità di relazionarsi con Clienti e Fornitori per la gestione di criticità;
Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Word ed Excel).

Contratto a tempo indeterminato;
