Road Infrastructures BIM Coordinator

F&M Ingegneria is urgently looking for a certified BIM Coordinator for the Road Infrastructure sector to be based at its headquarters in Mirano (VE).
Coordinate and support BIM Specialists and technical contract staff, and collaborate with BIM Managers and contract managers, ensuring compliance with BIM procedures and standards;
Interpret and correctly apply the Information Specifications (CI) and the Information Management Plan (PGI), according to UNI 11337 and ISO 19650 standards;
Validate BIM models by verifying information and quality requirements;
Perform model checking, clash detection, and code checking in collaboration with the designers, including those who are not BIM experts;
At least 3 years’ experience as a BIM Coordinator in engineering companies, professional firms, or as a freelancer;
BIM Coordinator certification according to UNI 11337 (or an equivalent recognized at European level);
In-depth knowledge of BIM coordination procedures according to the levels set out in UNI 11337 (disciplinary, interdisciplinary, managerial);
Advanced skills in multidisciplinary coordination using digital platforms (preferably Trimble Connect, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, Solibri), and excellent knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and the Office suite (particularly Excel);
A good knowledge of Civil 3D (topographic surface modeling) and Dynamo (automated processes) is welcome;
Autonomy in the management of BIM activities;
Good knowledge of English;
Involvement in complex and high-profile projects in the road infrastructure sector;
Collaboration with a highly qualified multidisciplinary team;
The type of contract applied and the Gross Annual Salary will be evaluated during the selection process and based on the candidate’s experience.
