We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager – German & English Speaking – to प्रस्ताव our Global team Luka in Milan. In this role, you will work primarily on German‐market projects, while collaborating daily with an international, English‐speaking team. Role Overview As a Marketing Project Manager, you will support the execution of marketing projects for German‐speaking clients by coordinating internal teams, monitoring timelines, and ensuring day‐to‐day activities run smoothly. You'll work closely with Senior Project Managers to help deliver projects on time and within scope, gaining exposure to structured project‐management processes and international B2B marketing environments. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of B2B marketing projects for the German market. Coordinate internal teams and ensure tasks are clearly assigned and tracked. Monitor timelines, deadlines, and project progress. Update project documentation, schedules, and status reports. Assist in supervising campaign execution and deliverables. Identify and flag potential risks, delays, or issues to senior stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement of internal workflows and processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing and Communications). Minimum 2 years of marketing project‐management experience, preferably in the B2B space. Fluency in German at a professional level (written and spoken) – mandatory. Fluency in English at a professional level (written and spoken) – mandatory, as the role operates in an international environment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and time‐management skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Clear and effective communication skills. Proactive, flexible, and team‐player. Curious and eager to learn. Working Model Hybrid (office and remote).
