Sell-outer Merchandiser Make up artist freelance Cosmetica Hub seeks 2 Sell-Outer Merchandiser , one for the Regione Sicilia and one for the Provincia di Torino , to manage a selected set of assigned retail outlets for the brands Diego Dalla Palma and Mulac . The role, in coordination with the headquarters, is responsible for implementing merchandising and sell‐out activities in the assigned territories, contributing to brand enhancement and the achievement of commercial targets. Responsabilità principali Gestione operativa dei punti vendita assegnati dalla sede centrale Aggiornamento e mantenimento dei planogrammi degli espositori dei brand Verifica del corretto posizionamento dei prodotti secondo le linee guida aziendali Presentazione e spiegazione delle novità canvass al personale di punto vendita Supporto alla forza vendita con attività di formazione prodotto Disponibilità a svolgere eventi in‐store, giornate sell‐out e attività promozionali Monitoraggio della visibilità dei brand e raccolta feedback dai punti vendita Reportistica periodica verso la sede Requisiti fondamentali Make Up Artist certificato/a (requisito indispensabile) Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di sell‐out, merchandising o beauty advisor Partita IVA attiva Automunito/a e disponibile a spostamenti sul territorio di competenza Sicilia: disponibilità a coprire l'intera regione Torino: disponibilità a muoversi all'interno della provincia Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali Forte orientamento al risultato e al cliente Autonomia, affidabilità e precisione operativa Requisiti preferenziali Esperienza pregressa nel mondo Beauty Familiarità con attività di animazione e vendita assistita in store Conoscenza delle dinamiche del retail beauty Cosa offriamo Compenso commisurato all'esperienza e alle attività svolte Opportunità di crescita e consolidamento professionale nel settore beauty Supporto e coordinamento costante da parte della sede centrale Seniority level Entry level Employment type Other #J-18808-Ljbffr
