R&D - Technical Product Manager

La risorsa, a diretto riporto del CEO, opererà all’interno di uno stabilimento produttivo in forte crescita, caratterizzato da cicli di industrializzazione strutturati.
Il ruolo avrà una forte connotazione tecnico–industriale, focalizzata sull’evoluzione del prodotto, sull’ottimizzazione dei progetti già a portfolio e sul supporto alla produzione.
Sviluppare, ingegnerizzare e industrializzare prodotti automotive per clienti OEM / Tier 1
Gestire e coordinare le attività di miglioramento continuo del prodotto, intervenendo su progetti già esistenti per ottimizzarne prestazioni, costi, qualità e producibilità
Pianificare e supervisionare test di validazione, prove funzionali e di conformità, in collaborazione con Produzione e Qualità
Collaborare con fornitori e partner tecnologici per l’introduzione di soluzioni tecniche e materiali innovativi
Revisionare i piani di sviluppo prodotto garantendo fattibilità tecnica, rispetto dei tempi e corretta industrializzazione
Contribuire all’evoluzione del design e del packaging tecnico/logistico in funzione di modifiche prodotto o nuove versioni
Coordinare le attività di lancio in produzione (SOP) e di stabilizzazione dei processi
Effettuare audit tecnici periodici sugli stabilimenti produttivi, anche per prodotti realizzati per clienti terzi
Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale, dei Materiali, Automotive
Esperienza di almeno 10 anni in ambito R&D / Product Engineering / Industrializzazione nel settore automotive o metalmeccanico strutturato
Solida conoscenza dei processi di sviluppo prodotto e industrializzazione
Familiarità con normative, standard di qualità e requisiti tipici del settore automotive
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese , scritta e parlata
