Overview As Operations Manager, you will steer technical functions across production, planning, engineering, maintenance and CI to meet site objectives. You'll translate strategic directives into actionable plans, lead cross-functional technical teams, and monitor performance to drive quality, efficiency and cost improvements. You'll foster continuous improvement, ensure safe and compliant operations, and partner with HR/EHS on workforce development. This role sits at the heart of a global, innovation-driven manufacturing organization and offers the chance to shape the plant's operational excellence and safety culture.
