Operations Director – Hardis Group Italia H/F

Lead the next stage of our growth in Italy
Hardis Group is an international consulting, digital services and software company, recognised for its expertise in supply chain solutions, cloud technologies, data platforms and digital transformation. As part of our continued international expansion, we are seeking an Operations Director to lead and accelerate the growth of Hardis Group Italia. Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the operational strategy of our Italian subsidiary. You will lead business operations, develop high-performing teams, strengthen client relationships and ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
You will oversee the functional, technical and people-related aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while managing client relationships in coordination with the sales teams.
Oversee operations, ensuring quality, efficiency and scalability.
Lead, develop and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
Support business growth and expansion initiatives.
Manage operational risks and ensure business continuity.
Business development within existing accounts
Strengthen relationships and grow business with existing clients.
Contribute to the design and development of high-value service offerings and participate in presales activities.
Support the sales team in presenting the company's delivery model and organisational structure.
Operations and project delivery management
Organise day-to-day operations.
Ensure successful project delivery in terms of quality, budget and timelines.
Regularly monitor projects, including workload, costs, quality, timelines and client service levels.
Manage project resource allocation and internal and external service providers.
Manage projects directly when necessary or take over project leadership when the situation requires it.
Deliver projects in line with commitments on scope, cost, quality, timelines and service levels.
People management
Lead recruitment processes, interviews and onboarding programmes.
Conduct annual performance reviews and manage salary increases and bonuses in accordance with the Group's HR policy.
Provide strong and engaged leadership to maintain team cohesion and high levels of motivation.
Promote and monitor skills development; Financial management
Define the subsidiary's budget in collaboration with senior management.
Drive improvements in the subsidiary's profitability in line with the business plan agreed with Hardis Group.
Oversee commercial operations, financial performance and investments.
prioritise initiatives based on expected return on investment (ROI) and business growth potential.
Manage project financial performance and profitability in collaboration with Project Managers.
Follow the rules and procedures defined by the Information Security Policy (ISP) to ensure information security and data protection, particularly within the framework of ISO 27001 certification.
