Construction Manager
che guidi la costruzione degli impianti fotovoltaici, assicurando il rispetto di tempi, costi, qualità e sicurezza. La Persona avrà la responsabilità diretta della gestione della fase di costruzione dei grandi impianti fotovoltaici , coordinando imprese, fornitori e stakeholder interni ed esterni.
Gestire e coordinare la fase di costruzione degli impianti fotovoltaici (utility scale), pianificare e controllare tempi, costi, avanzamento lavori e qualità;
Coordinare EPC, subappaltatori e fornitori in fase esecutiva, e verificare la corretta applicazione dei progetti esecutivi;
Gestire le relazioni con direzione lavori, enti coinvolti e stakeholder locali e supportare la risoluzione di criticità tecniche e operative di cantiere.
Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Construction Manager e/o Site Manager in ambito fotovoltaico o impianti industriali;
Esperienza diretta su impianti fotovoltaici di media e grande taglia, e solida conoscenza delle fasi di costruzione, commissioning e handover;
Esperienza operativa con normative HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) applicabili ai cantieri di grandi impianti, con esperienza diretta nell'implementazione delle procedure di sicurezza, nella gestione dei rischi di cantiere e nel coordinamento operativo delle imprese esecutrici, al fine di garantire standard elevati di sicurezza, qualità e conformità normativa;
Disponibilità a trasferte e presenza operativa sui cantieri.
Contesto industriale solido, orientato alla qualità e ai risultati, autonomia operativa e responsabilità reale sul progetto;
