pIva Post Acute is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility in South Carolina. The role centers on compassionate, patient-centered care within a supportive health-team environment, helping residents maximize independence and quality of life. /ppSuccessful candidates will evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral, develop and follow through on treatment plans, supervise staff, and participate in discharge planning. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
