Logistics Reply Roma is one of the latest Reply companies born in 2023 with a special focus: helping customers to complete the digitization and modernization of their logistics services having base in Rome. We are specialized in Supply Chain and we offer warehouse and distribution management solutions through the innovative microservices based LEA ReplyTM Platform.
We are looking for a Project Manager and Business Analysts willing to accept a new challenge and thinking about the next career step.
No matter if the context you are working on is different, we will give you the right tools to become an expert on our field.
You will join our team working on Supply Chain projects for Key Customers from different industries. Logistic is a fundamental service for almost every kind of business in 2023 and this will give you the opportunity to oversee a variety of customers including Logistic, Postal & Parcel Operator, Healthcare, Telco, Utilities and more.
This figure will work closely with our customers, in order to develop business requirements, and with our factory teams to deliver solutions based on LEA ReplyTM.
This is a great opportunity to take the lead on new projects, develop and expand your Project Manager and Business Analysis skills becoming an expert in this field.
What you will do:
- Involvement in all the project phases, starting from the design phase to translate customer business needs in the logistics context into functional requirements;
- Analysis of our customers' logistical processes for the definition of requirements;
- Construction of detailed project plans, management of the project team to monitor progress and quality of execution to deliver high-level projects on time and within budget;
- Maintaining a close relationship with the client and proactively seeking growth opportunities;
- Ensure the delivery of top quality solutions to our customers;
- Support the development team during the realization of customer requirements;
- Support the Project Manager;
- Work in an agile (SCRUM approach) and growing team.

Required Skills:
- Strong team working skills;
- Proactive approach to problem solving; focus on prevention of issues;
- Experience in software development or implementation projects;
- Attention to detail, with high standards of accuracy and review;
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams;
- Good organization skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Degree in management engineering.
