**Sales Development Representative**

Per conto di un nostro prestigioso cliente, una rinomata società di consulenza internazionale, siamo alla ricerca di un **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** energico e proattivo. Il ruolo prevede una partecipazione attiva nelle nostre iniziative di vendita, essendo cruciale nella generazione di nuovi leads e nell'attrarre potenziali clienti.

Questo ruolo è un'opportunità eccellente per chi è orientato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, possiede esperienza nel settore dei servizi professionali e nutre una forte passione per le vendite.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- Qualificazione dei leads attraverso l'analisi delle esigenze aziendali e la valutazione della loro compatibilità con le nostre soluzioni.
- Gestione accurata e aggiornamento costante delle interazioni con i clienti nel nostro sistema CRM.
- Collaborazione nelle riunioni periodiche del team per condividere insight e affinare le strategie di vendita.

**Qualifiche e competenze richieste**:

- Esperienza di 2-3 anni in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente nel settore dei servizi professionali.
- Capacità comprovata di iniziare conversazioni efficaci con i potenziali clienti e superare le obiezioni iniziali per stabilire connessioni significative.
- Forte orientamento ai risultati e motivazione, con un approccio proattivo al raggiungimento e superamento degli obiettivi di vendita.
- Preferibilmente con esperienza nell'uso di sistemi CRM e strumenti di vendita.
- Eccellente gestione del tempo, capacità di gestire un elevato volume di contatti e di stabilire priorità efficaci.
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra in un ambiente dinamico e veloce.
