La risorsa inserita nell'area Controllingsi occuperà nel dettaglio di:
Cura delle attività di reportistica mensile (relative al Conto Economico, Cash Flow e allo stato patrimoniale) verso Holding.
Analisi degli scostamenti e controllo dei consuntivi;
Gestione di un sistema di reporting organizzato per BU e centri di costo;
Collaborazione alla formulazione e presentazione del Budget e dei Forecast;
Supporto alla gestione della contabilità analitica delle Società del Gruppo;
Collaborazione nell'implementazione di processi integrati tra sistema contabile e controllo di gestione.

La risorsa ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
Titolo di studi:
Diploma o Laurea in discipline economiche;
Esperienza professionale:
precedente esperienza, almeno biennale, nel ruolo presso società operanti nel settore dei servizi; costituisce requisito preferenziale la provenienza dal settore media;
Conoscenze di settore:
costituisce requisito imprescindibile la conoscenza di sistemi di reporting, chiusure di bilancio e dei principi di contabilità ITA GAAP, IFRS;
Conoscenze informatiche:
utilizzo professionale pacchetto MSOffice (in particolare di Excel); Costituisce requisito preferenziale la conoscenza del software Zucchetti per gestione contabile e la conoscenza del sistema di reporting Sap BFC;
Lingue:
buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (orale e scritta).

Completano il profilo:
Precisione e metodicità associate ad un approccio analitico;
Abitudine a lavorare per obiettivi nel rispetto delle deadline;
Problem Solving e iniziativa;
Attitudine alla gestione delle priorità nell'ambito di un contesto dinamico ed in continuo mutamento;
