PAYROLL SPECIALIST

La risorsa inserita in azienda, fornirà supporto alle attività nelle aree di Rewards and Benefits con una forte attenzione alle attività di payroll.

Attività:

- Supporto al Business Partner (People&Culture) nei processi di assunzione, raccogliendo la documentazione necessaria e gestendo la comunicazione
- Assicurare la corretta gestione delle assenze e delle presenze comunicate dai dipendenti. Gestione e verifica della documentazione sottostante corretta per giustificare la maternità, la malattia e altre assenze.
- Gestire il processo di buste paga mensili. Verificare il corretto trattamento dei dati e procedere con l'archiviazione.
- Gestire e garantire il pagamento mensile della busta paga secondo la normativa italiana e le linee guida aziendali, interfacciandosi con il Direttore Finanziario.
- Assicurare il corretto trattamento delle buste paga degli Assegnatari Internazionali (in entrata e in uscita) e assicurare la loro gestione dei costi
- Fornire la contabilità mensile delle buste paga. Gestire e garantire la correttezza delle informazioni relative alla retribuzione in SAP (contabilità, registrazione, ecc.)

Requisiti:

- Laurea in Economia Aziendale e/o in area Risorse Umane
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nella mansione
- Conoscenza e comprensione dei principi del lavoro in materia di paghe, contabilità e diritto del lavoro
- Orientato ai dettagli, organizzato
- Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione
- Abilità relazionali e comunicative
- Lavoro di squadra
- Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese (parlato e scritto)

- Costituisce un titolo preferenziale aver lavorato in contesti multinazionali

Inquadramento:
- 2° livello CCNL Commercio - RAL commisurata in base alla reale esperienza
