**Posizione**

Per il potenziamento del team **Transport**ation & Services** stiamo cercando un/una **Associate** **Manager/Manager **che voglia contribuire in maniera concreta allo sviluppo e realizzazione di **progetti innovativi** in ambito MarTech.

La risorsa coordinerà un gruppo di lavoro multidisciplinare per contribuire in maniera concreta alla implementazione di progettualità **Strategy & Consulting** e potrà partecipare attivamente al continuo sviluppo della Business Line seguendo attività **Go To Market**.

**Sei la persona giusta se hai**:

- ** 5-7 anni** di esperienza, maturata presso società di consulenza, preferibilmente in ambito **Transportation & Services**;
- Esperienza pregressa su progettualità complesse, quali**:CVM**,** CRM**,** Campaign Management** o **Intelligenza Artificiale (AI)**;
- Spiccate capacità di analisi quantitativa, qualitativa e problem solving;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua **inglese**, livello C1;
- Proattività nell'identificare o anticipare le esigenze dei clienti, dimostrando spiccato acumen commerciale,
- Familiarità nel coordinamento di un team cross-funzionale e/o clienti C-Level.

**Costituiscono titolo preferenziale**:

- Pregressa esperienza nel mercato Financial Services, Utilites, HR Services, Infrastructure, Transportation, Business Services
- Conoscenza di una seconda lingua (preferibilmente spagnolo e/o francese).
