La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Direttore Generale, sarà inserita all'interno del team dell'Ufficio per la gestione del sistema integrato di Qualità - Ambiente - Sicurezza e si occuperà di:
- Creare e implementare i processi di verifica per monitorare il mantenimento degli standard di qualità Aziendali.
- Creare la documentazione di sistema per attestare gli standard di qualità;
- Monitorare l'applicazione delle best practice per garantire che i protocolli di qualità siano rispettati e implementati.
- Condurre gli audit periodici interni e verso presso i fornitori gestendo le non conformità riscontrate e verificando la corretta implementazione delle azioni correttive conseguenti.
- Laurea o diploma in discipline tecnico - scientifiche
- Comprovata esperienza (almeno 3-4 anni) nella comprensione dei processi produttivi, delle norme e degli standard di qualità applicabili al settore ingegneristico.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Gradita la provenienza da società del settore ingegneria e costruzioni;
- Confidenza con l'uso dei principali software per applicazioni desktop.

- Capacità di sintesi e buone doti di analisi.
- Proattività e abilità a lavorare in autonomia.
- Ottime capacità interpersonali e comunicative per interagire proficuamente con tutte le varie funzioni aziendali.
