For an important customer in the Automotive sector, we are looking for a:

Quality Analyst Pilot.
We are looking for a resource able to fill this role, capable of working both in groups and individually.

The resource will work in the customer's production plants located throughout the country.

The quality analysis pilot is one of the actors of the project's quality convergence: within its scope, it deploys quality management tools on the qualification of incoming parts.

Responsibilities to include:

• Create the visual control ranges (For the reception parts.);
• Qualify the Parts in receipt (Aspect, Compliance, Assembly);
• Participate in the APQP/PPAP process for parts within its perimeter;
• Looking for palliative solutions;
• Formalize derogations in the system for monitoring derogations;
• Participate to the correlation of supplier measurements with MAPIEX;

Requirements:

• Action plan Driving process;
• Issue solving process;
• Metrologic knowledge;
• Statistics analysis;
• Steer supplier;
• Languages: English knowledge Intermediate level at least B2;
• Optional: Italian (Basic), French (Basic).
