Job Title_**Head of KAM Vaccines

In this role you will

  • Responsabile di tutte le attività di vendita, del Demand Planning e del monitoraggio della Supply dei prodotti del listino Vax nonpromoted, in allineamento con il BU Head cui riporta funzionalmente. A tal fine è membro della TAT Vax, partecipa ai meeting di MPR Vax e partecipa al DRM.
  • Guidare la definizione e implementazione della strategia commerciale al fine di massimizzare il commercial and financial value del portfolio Vax di GSK (attuale e prospettico)
  • Responsabile di coordinarsi con il Channel Management LT per la pianificazione ed execution delle attività sugli stakeholders interni ed esterni.
  • Collaborare con Hospital Tender Management fornendo gli input necessari per la preparazione della documentazione di gara e l'effettuazione della medesima, e definire e proporre strategie di prezzo entro i limiti definiti dalla politica annuale e in coerenza con i processi autorizzativi aziendali sulla base di una serie di analisi economicocommerciali
  • Supportare la definizione della politica commerciale annuale per il portafoglio Vaccini (definizione delle soglie PF0/PF1) sintetizzando input e contributi della Direzione Finanziaria e del Responsabile di BU
  • Coordina il Team di KAM Vax fornendo input omogenei e strutturati relativamente alla politica commerciale aziendale, supporta l'implementazione dei piano funzionale e ne verifica gli esiti
