The JR HRBP supports the HR Manager in the following activities:
Engage with employees' population, responding promptly to inquiries and prioritizing requests in order to ensure a timely resolution of sensitive situations and urgent matters
Partner with the administrative and operative functions for the for hirings, terminations, inductions and other ad-hoc requests
Assist with reorganization activities involving different company departments, from idea designing and briefing, passing through formal presentation and approval up to projectimplementation
Support Budget and Forecast processes, planning and control overheads and headcounts budget
Manage recruitment process for permanent roles, both directly and through external agencies, from job description wording to final offers, supporting the onboarding of new hires
Profilo
Requirements:
Post-graduate master in HR Management is a plus
At least 2 years of previous HR experience in the Fashion Luxury Industry
Proficient use of MS Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English
