Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be part of the Sales Department and will be responsible to keep relationships with current and potential customers to finalize sales contracts. The role will join the Company in order to develop the business of Converting and Packaging Machinery.
- Share and update new market needs with Marketing Office and Product Management
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing and potential customers in the reference area in order to conclude contracts for the sale of the product
- Build and maintain a relationship with distributors and agents
- Identify market growth opportunities within the assigned area.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities and market developments.
- Make an offer from the customer's inputs/needs
- Verify the completeness of the offer with respect to the customizations of the order requested by the customer
- Scouting new customers
- Conducti negotiations

- Degree in Engineering or Economy/Business Administration
- Excellent sales record and proven experience in the world of Industrial Automation
- Fluent spoken and written both English and Italian, plus another language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM; knowledge of SAP is desired
- Strong numerical, financial and analytical abilities
- Able to balance budgets
