Global IT technical and functional analyst: Business Intelligence

La risorsa, riportando al Global IT BI & Finance Manager, gestisce autonomamente progetti di sviluppo e manutenzione in ambito Business Intelligence sui sistemi coinvolti (Tagetik, Qliksense, SQL, altro) ed assicura il corretto livello di allineamento al business dei suddetti sistemi. In particolare:

  • Acquisisce la perfetta conoscenza dei flussi di processo e relativi sistemi all'area business intelligence a livello globale.
  • Acquisisce la conoscenza tecnica degli strumenti software dell'area business intelligence e dei relativi database, e coordina le attività tecniche dei fornitori / interviene in prima persona ove il progetto lo richieda.
  • Identifica ed analizza i requisiti di business, intervistando ed affiancando il personale delle Funzioni aziendali coinvolte.
  • Elabora la soluzione più idonea a soddisfare i requisiti di business aziendale, in collaborazione con il team di progetto e tecnici esterni quando necessario.
  • Coordina e gestisce progetti IT in area business intelligence e le relative risorse (tempo, budget, scopo) e relaziona periodicamente i business owners sull'andamento dei progetti stessi.
  • Interagisce con gli altri dipartimenti IT italiani ed esteri per le attività relative all'area business intelligence.
  • Analizza I requisiti di business, crea il disegno funzionale, identifica la soluzione più appropriata per la soddisfazione del requisito (soluzione esistente, da creare a livello di gruppo, da creare localmente, altro).
  • Garantisce il mantenimento di un'unica istanza a livello globale per i software assegnati.
  • Documenta i flussi dei processi aziendali esistenti e/o proposti.
  • Coordina e partecipa in prima persona ai rollout nelle varie countries per i progetti di sua pertinenza.
  • Lavora "sul campo" con gli operatori ogni qualvolta il progetto lo richiede.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Ottima conoscenza di strumenti BI, fondamentale la conoscenza di Tagetik; la conoscenza di sistemi Qliksense e Talend costituirà titolo preferenziale.
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel project management e relativi strumenti.
  • Conoscenze tecniche: PL/SQL , amministrazione DB SQL, stored procedure, sistemi ETL, fondamenti di programmazione / scripting
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia ed Europa fino ad un 20% del tempo.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team
