We are looking for a
Business Analyst able to work in a highly dynamic environment to join us in our Insight to Impact (I2I) team, based in our hub in Milano, Italy.


About the role
You will be working as dedicated business analyst in close collaboration with the Italian Leadership team of Immunology, Epilepsy and Rare Diseases

  • Develop a deep understanding in Rheumatology, Dermatology, Osteoporosis, Epilepsy and develop actionable insights that can be undertaken by the team to improve outcomes and experiences for specific patient subpopulations.
  • Partner with the I2I Area Lead, Head of Immunology, Neurology and their respective team members to ensure strategic imperatives are implemented in the different patient ecosystems.
  • Support the development of launch readiness strategies for Bimzlex, Fintepla, Evenity and upcoming Rare Disease portfolio.
  • Work in close collaboration with the central Insight to Impact teams including Analytics, Reporting, Market research and Sales operations teams.
  • Stimulate outofthebox business thinking based on strong business insights and expertise ensuring holistic endtoend insights generation.

You will join a diverse European Team of 14 people who have different levels of background and experience engaging with the Patient Value Units at country and European level.


What will you do

  • Have authentic stakeholder discussions leveraging analytics as a means to realize data driven decision making mostly in area of launch preparation, performance management and campaign management.
  • Support the performance management and business review meetings with analytics and insights, while driving the adoption of our centrally managed analytics solutions (Qlik)
  • Help solution teams with smart deployment of resources through Campaign analytics
  • Contributing to the implementation of a wide range of initiatives related to optimizing GotoMarket strategies, including targeting, segmentation and fieldforce optimization as well to the implementation of the G2M Digital Business Transformation analytics that will allow actionable insight generation in line with characteristics of each specific ecosystem.
  • Contribute to the development of crossfunctional KPI's and development of leading and lagging performance indicators to track progress on our strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Ensure data strategy remains in tune ensuring optimal market understanding

Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in consultancy, pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector
  • Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical market in Italy
  • Working experience in G2M Business analytics including digital
  • Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical data landscape (e

g:
commercial, medical, patient databases, etc.)

  • Master in Biotechnology, Industrial Economics, Financials or Medical related university degree
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with business acumen; good at analyzing businesses and competitors, making connections and seeing opportunities.
  • Teamplayer with the ability to work independently; strong communication skills to build and deliver storylines in Italian and English
  • Quick learner, curious and comfortable with ambiguity or contradictory data
