**Descrizione e Mission del Ruolo**:
Il Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, ha la responsabilità dei processi relativi alla gestione del personale: ricerca e selezione, formazione e sviluppo del personale, operando coerentemente con gli obiettivi strategici dell'azienda.
**Deliverable e task principali**:
Gestisce la programmazione del fabbisogno di personale di cui necessita l'organizzazione, analizzando i dati relativi ai flussi delle risorse umane e integrandoli con la diagnosi del potenziale e delle prestazioni delle risorse interne
Analizza le posizioni vacanti e i fabbisogni di risorse umane, pianifica e controlla le attività di reclutamento supervisionando il lavoro degli HR Specialist e fornendo loro istruzioni ed indicazioni sui profili ricercati; presidia l'inserimento in azienda (induction e on boarding)
In accordo con la direzione HR e in linea con budget assegnato e i fabbisogni formativi rilevati, progetta, pianifica e coordina interventi di formazione del personale.
Gestisce e supervisiona la valutazione del personale implementando sistemi di Performance Management e Bilancio delle competenze
Definisce ed implementa piani di sviluppo e sentieri di carriera in accordo con le politiche retributive e di crescita, condivise con l'HR Director
Controlla, gestisce ed analizza tutti i dati dell'ambito gesione HR grazie a sistemi e modelli integrati software dedicati alla divisione del personale
In collaborazione con l'HR Administration Manager individuerà le opportunità di finanziamento per la realizzazione dei piani formativi interni
In collaborazione con l'HR Director gestisce la Comunicazione Interna per l'Employer Branding Personal dei dipendenti
**Requisiti necessari e preferenziali**:
- Laurea in Scienze Umanistiche/
- Preferibile esperienza pregressa nel settore Automotive
- Preferibile Master Gestione HR
- Preferibile conoscenza del software INAZ e dei suoi moduli di gestione HR
Competenze Tecniche e Trasversali
- Implementazione e gestione dei processi HR (selezione, formazione e sviluppo)
- Conoscenze giuslavoriste e di contrattazione collettiva nazionale
- Rapporti con gli stakeholders sia interni che esterni
- Conoscenza Pacchetto Office
- Conoscenza maggiori portali di Ricerca e Selezione
- Conoscenza Fondimpresa di progettazione piani formativi finanziati
- Forte orientamento al cliente interno ed esterno
