**1 Risk Credit Manager - Settore Tessile Abbigliamento**

La Risorsa si occuperà di presidiare l'intero processo di gestione del credito verso clienti sia in Italia che all'estero.

Coordinandosi con i Team di Amministrazione - Finance - Customer service - Direzione commerciale.

Riportando direttamente al CEO aziendale.

Competenze
- Stabilire e monitorare limiti di credito per i clienti in conformità con le politiche aziendali.
- Gestire il processo di recupero crediti, negoziando piani di pagamento e soluzioni per i clienti in ritardo. Gestire le pratiche di contenzioso in collaborazione con i legali dell'azienda.
- Collaborare con il reparto Commerciale per garantire la corretta gestione del cliente dal punto di vista creditizio e degli incassi delle forniture stagionali..
- Mantenere un sistema accurato di registrazione e monitoraggio dei dati relativi al credito.
- Monitorare e segnalare i rischi legati al credito e proporre azioni correttive.
- Fornire report regolari sulla gestione del credito ai dirigenti aziendali.
- Dovrà garantire il reperimento delle risorse finanziarie e dell'ottimizzazione del cash flow in collaborazione con la direzione amministrazione, finanza, controllo.
- Elaborazione periodica Aging e reportistica varia.

Requisiti
- Laurea triennale in Economia, Finanza o un campo correlato.
- Esperienza comprovata come Credit Manager o in un ruolo simile nel settore distribuzione, beni non alimentari, abbigliamento.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle pratiche di valutazione del credito e delle procedure di recupero.
- Capacità di analizzare dati finanziari e informazioni creditizie per prendere decisioni informate.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione.
- Ottime capacità di gestione del team di lavoro.
- Orientamento al cliente e capacità di gestire relazioni professionali.
- Conoscenza dei software di gestione del credito e delle applicazioni Microsoft Office.

La retribuzione e l'inserimento saranno valutati in base all'effettiva esperienza maturata.
