As Business Architect she/he is part of the Enterprise Architecture team within the IT department. She/he has a holistic view of the organization's products, capabilities, value streams and organization map.

She/he creates business architecture models demonstrating how products, processes and people interoperate within the organization, while ensuring business solutions developed across the organization are aligned to enterprise strategies.

She/he supports the Enterprise Architecture Governance process representing the project's business needs, ensuring a balance among all interests as the project advances from vision to execution.

She/he collaborates with the Solution Architect team to harmonize technological opportunities with business needs.
She/he collaborates across business segments to find opportunities that support the business pipeline and influence the prioritization process, conducting measurable analysis of the Value Stream to determine best path for solving business problems

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops relationships with business partners (both from IT and business units) to understand current and emerging needs
  • Conduct measurable analysis of Capabilities and Value Stream to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities, transform business needs into highlevel business architecture solution
  • Contribute to the global business and technological strategy and planning, providing business capability roadmaps and gap analysis, breaking down capabilities to the appropriate level of granularity and mapping them to business objectives and strategic pillar
  • Understand and document existing capabilities landscape analysis to ensure landscape harmonization, evaluating alternatives and enhancements to tools and processes
  • Support the Enterprise Architecture Governance model process by acting as "Enterprise Architect Partner". Your goal is to provide a holistic view of the business needs and technical needs of a new project, ensuring a balance among all interests as the project advances from vision to execution.
  • Stimulate crossfunctions review to minimize siloed approach and to rationalize process, ensuring business solutions developed across the organization are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related project experience
  • Five or more years of business or IT experience, with at least 2 years of direct responsibility for business technology strategy and/or product definition
  • Business knowledge of industrial manufacturing or automotive. Sales & Marketing processes and capabilities business knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies, and crosssilo redundancies
  • Ability to understand and map business capabilities and conduct Value Stream analysis to determine best path for solving business problems
  • Experience working in international and multidisciplined teams
  • TOGAF, CBA, Six Sigma Agile or equivalent certification
  • Good level of English
