- Monitoraggio di esigenze progettuali e pianificazione delle risorse, di performance e soddisfazione dei Professionisti, del loro contributo e dello sviluppo di competenze
- Confronto e supporto alla Business Leadership: dalla comprensione di esigenze e aspettative fino alla proposta e conferma di Staffing dei Professionisti, fornendo feedback costante durante l'esecuzione dei progetti.
- Contributo alla definizione e alla implementazione delle strategie di Staffing in linea con gli obiettivi dello Studio attraverso proposte di innovazione e ottimizzazione continue di processi, strumenti e tecnologie.
- HR Analytics dei processi di riferimento.
- Partecipazione a progetti HR trasversali di trasformazione, digitalizzazione e innovazione dello Studio.
**Si richiede**:
- Un'esperienza di almeno 2-4 anni in ambito HR, con focus principale sui processi di Staffing, Scheduling, Talent-Demand Planning, maturata preferibilmente in società di consulenza o in contesti corporate internazionali
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta sia parlata
- Spiccate doti di analisi dati e orientamento all'innovazione tecnologica
- Forte spirito critico e autonomia di gestione
- Forte orientamento al cliente interno

- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia con obiettivi sfidanti, unita alla propensione al lavoro in team e alla valorizzazione dei momenti di confronto e scambio
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione a tutti i livelli, incluso il top management
