**UX DESIGNER**:
Crispy Bacon seleziona un/a Senior UX Designer.

**Attività/Responsabilità previste dal ruolo**:
**Ricerca**: tramite indagine qualitativa e quantitativa definirà il perimetro del progetto coinvolgendo sia gli stakeholders che l'utente finale.

**Analisi**: definirà target personas, analizzerà l'esperienza utente padroneggiando strumenti come customer journey map e service blueprint.

**Ideazione**: realizzerà e testerà l'architettura dell'informazione dei prodotti definendo inoltre scenari di utilizzo (scenario based-design) e user stories.

**Prototyping**: progetterà wireframes interattivi con una fedeltà variabile a seconda delle necessità progettuali.

**User testing**: pianificherà e gestirà test di usabilità in presenza e da remoto.

**Workshops**: coinvolgerà le figure del progetto tramite workshops di co-progettazione e si relazionerà costantemente con il team di UI Design per la definizione del look&feel del prodotto digitale.

**Dev support**: affiancherà il team di sviluppo in tutte le fasi di realizzazione del progetto.

**Competenze richieste**:
esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni nel ruolo;
ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
ottime capacità nello sviluppo di wireframes, user stories e usability testing;
buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti di prototyping;
buona conoscenza delle principali metodologie di user experience design;
buone capacità di relazione, ascolto e public speaking;
