Il/la Candidato/a ideale avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
effettuare analisi di piani economico-finanziari delle iniziative di sviluppo (i.e. sensitivity analysis, valutazione rischi, analisi finanziari);elaborare e sovrintendere alle valutazioni economico-finanziarie e di redditività delle iniziative d'investimento, tramite l'utilizzo di strumenti di proiezione quantitativa (sviluppo business case), e alla preparazione di documenti da sottoporre al management o agli organi amministrativi della società per la valutazione di tali operazioni;supervisionare le attività di due diligence (includendo stime preliminari dell'enterprise value);individuare KPI fisici ed i corrispettivi target di monitoraggio delle diverse iniziative, in collaborazione con la struttura di project control;effettuare analisi quantitative/economiche su mercati d'interesse, creando e gestendo una repository di banche dati di mercato (ingaggiando provider esterni), analisi di settore, report o dossier forniti da terzi (es. società di consulenza, associazione di categoria);individuazione ed analisi, con supporto della Corporate, di possibili fontidi finanziamento legate a tematiche specifiche (es. CEF);sviluppare, in coordinamento con la Capogruppo, la definizione del piano quadriennale finanziario e dei relativi fabbisogni della società;supporto alle attività di tesoreria per monitorare la liquidità aziendale, identificando prontamente le azioni da intraprendere;realizzare la valutazione periodica degli asset del portafoglio.Requisiti:
Laurea in Economia e Commercio o Ingegneria (preferibilmente indirizzo Gestionale)
Esperienza pregressa in ambito Finance e/o M&A (4/5 anni in ambito transaction services o corporate finance)
Competenze economico-finanziarie, contabili e/o di project financing
Conoscenza avanzata di Excel (financial modelling) e PowerPoint
Capacità di analisi e di pianificazione/organizzazione del lavoro, capacità relazionale, orientamento al risultato
Saranno considerati un plus la conoscenza delle principali banche dati (es. Bloomberg, Cerved, Factiva) e dei principali sistemi di gestione corporate (SAP BO, Oracle FCCS)
Completano il profilo, flessibilità e volontà di inserirsi in un contesto dinamico e in forte e costante evoluzione, inserito all'interno di una delle principali realtà italiane.
