Il Wine Event Specialist gestisce gli eventi del Gruppo che ruotano soprattutto attorno al

mondo del

vino

(dall'iniziale proposta fino alla realizzazione dell'evento) occupandosi della gestione dei diversi attori coinvolti (Personale, Fornitori, Clienti), presenziando all'evento stesso e

adoperandosi anche in termini operativi alla riuscita dell'evento . Infine, come

Principali attività
Organizzazione Eventi
Pianificazione eventi di settore (comunicazione, stand, materiali..)
Preparazione operativa degli eventi di promozione
Gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori
Coordinazione degli eventi on site
Organizzazione del personale legato agli eventi programmati
Realizzazione del piano editoriale (social, blog post, articoli, news, PR)
Gestione dei profili social aziendali (Facebook & Instagram)
Assistenza Board
Presidio sugli impegni strategici dei membri del Board
Gestione delle agende dei membri del Board
Attività di segreteria in relazione al Board
Requisiti
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo
Buona conoscenza lingua inglese
Autonomia nella gestione dei canali digital
Competenze di marketing e comunicazione
Elementi basici di Wordpress e di HTML (plus)
Provenienza dal settore del Food, Wine, Hospitality
Passione per i prodotti biologici, per la biodiversità e per il vino
Buon utilizzo del Pacchetto Office (in particolare, Word, PowerPoint)
Conoscenza dei principali software per elaborazione grafica di foto e immagini
Doti organizzative, dinamicità, flessibilità e capacità relazionali completano il profilo.
