Tax And Treasury Manager:
As a Tax and Treasury Manager (or experienced Specialist with excellent potential for quick further developments) you will be supporting the tax reporting & compliance and the treasury cash management processes.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following Key responsibilities:
- Deliver timely, accurate and reliable data and analysis to the EMEA & Global tax function
- Review of local tax risks & provisions
- Prepare the periodical tax reporting deliverables (tax packages) working together with the EMEA & Global tax function
- Liaising with tax advisors and support them in the preparation of tax returns (Corporate Income Tax, VAT and other taxes)
- Support the projects and activities to obtain Tax incentives & grants working with the EMEA tax function and specialized tax advisers
- Support the management of tax audits from the Italian Tax Authorities
- Monitor tax law changes and relevant guidelines/practices in order to assess any potential impact for the business
- Provide support to EMEA & Global tax related projects
- Provide support to internal audits
- Document and monitor internal controls
- Support tax accounts reconciliation
- Support bank transactions; perform checks and reconciliations
- Act as a contact point for local banks and Group Treasury

Basic Qualifications:
- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:_
- Degree in accounting, finance or similar
- Proven experience as a tax analyst or manager
- Experience of 4+ years working within a corporate multinational environment
- Experience at one of the Big Four as tax adviser or auditor is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results
- Handson approach
- Knowledge regarding both direct and indirect taxes, esp. VAT & Custom
- Knowledge & practice of tax accounting
- Experience of IFRS and local Italian GAAPs accounting
- Ability to use ERP systems, perform data extractions and analysis; working knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent oral & written communication skills both in Italian and in English
