Basically you will be seated in Turin or Milan offices. Different locations can be discussed.
In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.
Your responsibilitiesWorking in a Global team as Technical Sales, proposing ABB Paint Systems.
Working with different departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial performances.
Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
Using your knowledge of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.
Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.
Your backgroundA solid and proven experience working as engineer, proposal or process expert in robotics and automation painting systems. Experience in Sales activities will be a plus.
Willingness to travel abroad roughly 50% of the time.
Sound knowledge of painting process in the GI or Automotive market.
Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional "can-do" attitude. Structured working approach and flexibility in adapting to market changes and different countries perspectives.
A master's or bachelor's degree in engineering will be highly appreciated.
Excellent written and spoken English language skills. Additional languages (French, Spanish, German; Italian) will be appreciated.
