Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire stabilmente nel team Showroom di Milano, la quale ricoprirà il ruolo di Wholesale Sales Executive e a cui verranno assegnate le seguenti mansioni e responsabilità:
Riportando al Sales Manager, contribuirà al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita, allo sviluppo del pacchetto clienti e fornirà tutto il supporto necessario nell'organizzazione e gestione di tutte le attività dello showroom relative alla campagna vendita (ricezione del campionario, allestimento dello showroom, preparazione del materiale di vendita);
Gestirà gli appuntamenti con i clienti durante la campagna vendita, presenterà le collezioni ed assisterà i buyers nelle selezioni sia durante gli appuntamenti fisici che virtuali, nel rispetto dei budget stabiliti e tenendo conto del profilo dei clienti e della loro provenienza;
Sarà responsabile degli ordini processati dai sistemi, che dovrà saper utilizzare in piena autonomia;
Assisterà i clienti in tutte le fasi della vendita e del post-vendita (riassortimenti, invio dei listini etc), assicurando un costante contatto con i clienti e il monitoraggio dei sell-through;
Fornirà ai dipartimenti di competenza report scritti e feed-back sulle collezioni;
Visiterà i clienti pressoi punti vendita, organizzerà viaggi di prospezione, si occuperà della ricerca di nuovi clienti nei territori di competenza dello showroom (in Italia e all'estero) e si occuperà di aggiornare costantemente il data base dei clienti;
Condurrà ricerche di mercato e terrà costantemente monitorati i canali di vendita e social dei clienti, supportandoli su richieste di invio di materiale pubblicitario;
Si interfaccerà costantemente con diversi dipartimenti aziendali presenti nelle sedi italiana e londinese, per tutte le questioni inerenti ai clienti e alle collezioni;
Sarà inoltre coinvolto nell'organizzazione e nella gestione di altre attività al di fuori della campagna vendita (es:
partecipazione a eventi, fiere o sfilate, sample sales...)

Profilo

Il profilo ideale dovrà possedere le seguenti caratteristiche:
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno tre anni
Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese sia scritta che parlata (C1), requisito imprescindibile
Conoscenza avanzata di Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Joor (preferenziale) e SAP (preferenziale)
Conoscenza dei mercati EMEA & US (preferenziale)
Sensibilità verso il prodotto, buona conoscenza dei trend di mercato e della moda
Orientamento ai risultati commerciali
Eccellenti doti communicative e interpersonali
Predisposizione a lavorare in team
Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all'estero
Flessibilità, apertura, curiosità, capacità di ascolto, resistenza allo stress nei periodi di picco della campagna vendite
