**CITY MANAGER**

Per la città di Verona.

La persona che stiamo cercando si inserirà in un ambiente giovane e dinamico e si contraddistingue per forte passione per lo sviluppo aziendale, il customer care e la comunicazione. E' ambiziosa e autonoma nella gestione del tempo e sa lavorare per raggiungere degli obiettivi.

**La figura sarà in grado di destreggiarsi in tutte le attività gestionali della città**:

- La ricerca di nuovi immobili da acquisire in locazione;
- La gestione delle trattative di negoziazione per l'acquisizione degli stessi;
- La gestione delle relazioni con i vari stakeholders (es. proprietari immobiliri, agenzie immobiliari ecc.);
- La creazione di un budget di ristrutturazione e la supervisione delle ristrutturazioni stesse;
- L'analisi di fattibilità degli immobili ed il disegno degli interni per massimizzare l'efficienza degli spazi e la vivibilità:

- La gestione di una risorsa per il subaffitto delle stanze e la gestione delle manutenzioni degli immobili;
- Le strategie di pricing del subaffitto delle stanze;
- La rendicontazione dei risultati dell'operatività della città;
