Frag è alla ricerca di un Construction Manager - Home Office, con pregressa esperienza nel settore Oil & Gas il quale dovrà essere il punto focale in sede centrale, tra le esigenze di costruzione provenienti dai cantieri Oil & Gas e gli uffici di ingegneria home office EPC.
**Attività**:
- Coordinare ed eseguire il processo di qualificazione
- Coordinare e predisporre le richieste di lavoro
- Coordinare le valutazioni tecniche delle offerte ricevute
- Gestire il piano di mobilitazione del sito, l'installazione di strutture di costruzione temporanee, le ore di lavoro standard di costruzione e costi di esercizio del campo.
- Preparare e supportare la definizione del budget di costruzione settore Oil & Gas.
- Elaborare il Piano di Esecuzione della Costruzione sviluppando studi di costruibilità e fattibilità.
- Supportare l'Ufficio riguardo le proposte per la valutazione técnica, l'analisi della documentazione di gara di costruzione per tutte le discipline e l'elaborazione dell'offerta delle discipline.
- In cantiere dovrà supportare l'allestimento ed il monitoraggio.
- Supportare il Project manager per la selezione e mobilitazione delle risorse umane al fine di costituire organizzazioni di Site Management, in grado di presidiare e controllare le attività di costruzione dei Subappaltatori.
- Eseguire la verifica di costruibilità e realizzare gli studi di fattibilità in fase di Costruzione.
- Supporto nell'analisi dei report periodici di cantiere (Settimanale e mensile).
- Supporto nell'analisi del monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento lavori, comprese le attività di Subappaltatori e Fornitori.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria.
- Esperienza di almeno 10 anni nello stesso ruolo, all'interno del settore Oil & Gas EPC per l'edilizia civile e/o elettromeccanica, o posizione lavorativa equivalente nella gestione, sia a domicilio che in cantiere, di attività di costruzione di contratti EPC/EPCC. settore Oil & Gas
- Inglese fluente.
- Disponibile a frequenti missioni all'estero.
- Sistema di gestione dei materiali.
- Sistema di monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento lavori.
- Sistema di controllo della qualità delle costruzioni.
