- Seguire i progetti dalla prima fase di sviluppo fino alla fase di autorizzazione e alla sua realizzazione;
- Comunicare con le autorità pubbliche per l'elaborazione di permessi, licenze e autorizzazioni;
- Elaborazione, coordinamento, gestione e negoziazione di tutti i permessi e contratti del progetto
- Collaborare con il dipartimento di ingegneria e condurre la due diligence su tutti i documenti contrattuali per garantire che i progetti soddisfino i criteri tecnici e di finanziamento
- Preparazione/presenza alle riunioni con partner/autorità/parti interessate
- Valutazione e accertamento del sito
- Principali caratteristiche richieste- Laurea magistrale in ingegneria o architettura;
- Solida esperienza nella mansione in aziende e/o studi professionali modernamente organizzati e strutturati
- Conoscenza della legislazione italiana regionale e nazionale relativa al processo di autorizzazione (VIA, AU, PAUR) dei progetti di energia rinnovabile
- Conoscenza ed utilizzo dei principali programmi CAD e GIS
- Sviluppate capacità tecniche
- Comprensione delle procedure e dei requisiti di connessione alla rete (TICA/Codice di rete)
- Capacità di scrivere rapporti, proposte e documenti ben strutturati, concisi e ben argomentati
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Disponibilità a trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale
- Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (essenziale per comunicare con i clienti)
