**Junior financial analyst**
Le sue attività saranno, in particolare, le seguenti:
- sviluppo e monitoraggio del budget e del cash flow delle società operative del Gruppo;
- controllo dei costi, compresa la revisione dei contratti con i fornitori;
- supporto al CFO nell'impostazione della manovra finanziaria e nel monitoraggio degli obblighi contrattuali e delle scadenze;
- supporto al responsabile del settore legale e della conformità nella preparazione e nella revisione dei contratti;
- preparazione di promemoria e riepiloghi finanziari per facilitare il processo decisionale;
- reporting agli stakeholder dell'azienda;
- due diligence e monitoraggio dei progetti;
- aggiornamento e verifica dei modelli finanziari esistenti ed elaborazione di modelli dinamici utilizzando Microsoft Excel, compresa l'esecuzione di analisi di sensibilità.
Si richiede:
- esperienza nella mansione di almeno 2 anni, maturata presso contesti aziendali strutturati;
- un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel;
- conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
- familiarità con la modellazione finanziaria e i metodi di valutazione (DCF, approccio di capitalizzazione del reddito, ecc.)
- possesso di Master in Finanza o in Amministrazione aziendale.
L'esperienza lavorativa nel settore immobiliare, nella revisione contabile e/o in una big-4 di consulenza sarà considerata un plus.
Costituisce inoltre requisito preferenziale la familiarità con il gestionale SAP.
Completano il profilo:
- la passione per gli immobili con comprensione delle principali metriche del settore;
- l'atteggiamento orientato alla soluzione dei problemi, con attenzione ai dettagli e alla gestione del tempo;
- la capacità di analisi e di comunicazione verbale/scritta.
Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato.
Orario: Dal lunedì al venerdì 9:00-13:00 e 14:00-18:00
Retribuzione: Commisurata alla seniority
