The Senior Key Account Manager holds overall commercial responsibility for one or more of the Account's clients, collaborates with Engineering and Manufacturing Operations to develop and execute strategies for maximizing current business and securing new opportunities with the designated OEM(s).

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join as a Senior Financial Analyst at our Italian Technical Center in Orsenigo (CO).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis of Actuals versus Budgets, ensuring alignment of accounting data with budgeted activities, and presenting such analysis to Management for timely actions.
• Support the monthly and annual close processes, guaranteeing accurate and prompt completion.
• Monitor Cost Control of Contracts and Job Orders.
• Develop and deploy efficient methods/tools for segment controlling and driving enhancements in processes.
• Assist in monitoring and preparing documentation for the Company's Investment Approval process.

Education & Experiences

• Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting or similar field;
• 10 years of finance experience in roles like Controller or Controlling Supervisor;
• Proficiency with SAP;
• Solid Excel skills;
• Ready to take full responsibility for driving outcomes;
• Capability to lead and manage a team effectively;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities;
• Willingness to travel;
• Fluency in English.
